Red nylon bag by japanese designer yoichi nagasawa (c. 1990s). Has multiple straps, and can be worn in a variety of ways: over the shoulder, as a waist bag, as a backpack, etc. The way that feels most comfortable to us is the latter, with the longer straps configured as two backpack straps and the padded / clasped strap fastened around the waist.

The bag has several compartments: a large, main compartment, a smaller zipped pocket on the front, and two tiny side compartments (perfect for a small drink, sunblock, etc) that can be adjusted via straps. Inside the main compartment there is an additional zipped pouch which can be detached from the body of the bag and used elsewhere. Finally, although the back and base of the bag is made from solid nylon, the front portions are made from a stiff mesh fabric, so that items put in the front section will be visible.
